If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree that any legal action must be brought in accordance with the governing law and jurisdiction specified in Section 12 of these Terms.
You may close your calo22 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (excluding locked bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and KYC verification. Account closures for responsible gaming reasons are processed immediately.
